Spa Policies

Please arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure you have the full time for your treatment.

We accept cash, checks, debit, visa, discover and master card.

Confirmation Policy

A spa coordinator will reconfirm with you the day before your scheduled appointment.

For spa packages a credit card number and 25% of services is required to hold the booking.

Gratuities

Services do not include gratuities. They are left to the discretion of the client. Gift Certificates do not include gratuities.

Cancellations

Please provide 24hour notice for cancellations. A message can be left after hours. One hundred percent (100%) of the service price will be charged for no prior notice of cancellation. No Shows will be charged full service price. This policy also applies to gift certificate holders. No refunds on gift certificates.

Etiquette

In order that Bella Day Spa may provide all clients with the very best of service, please respect these policies while in the spa:
  • Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume
  • Please turn all cell phones and pagers off
  • Please secure all valuables, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen property
  • Please find prior arrangements for children

Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product, return item within seven (7) days and a credit will be issued.
